The inaugural Asia-Pacific Supervision, Surveillance & Enforcement (AP-SSE) Workshop, held from 8–10 September 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, brought together securities regulators from across the region to exchange practical experiences and approaches in supervision, market surveillance and enforcement.

The three-day workshop explored key emerging challenges, including digital assets, digital forensics, market conduct, data analytics, cross-border enforcement and international cooperation. Through expert presentations, interactive discussions and peer-to-peer exchanges, participants gained practical insights into strengthening supervisory and enforcement capabilities and addressing evolving risks in increasingly complex and interconnected capital markets.
